To join our roster, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience working in childcare for at least 3 years
Experience working in private homes (for full-time positions)
Have up-to-date First Aid certifications
Eligible to work in the country where the position is located
Be at least 21 years old

If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited to a video interview to determine the fit with the position(s) you've applied to.

Reference Check
You will need to provide at least 3 verifiable references for your most recent positions. We will contact each reference to get a further understanding of your character.

Background Check
We will perform background checks to ensure safety of our clients:
Police or DBS check
Identity check
Education verification
Certifications check
Driving license check

Online Presence Check
We will examine your presence on social media and the internet to assess your professional conduct online

Complete Your Nanny Profile
We will ask you to provide additional information to make sure we match you to the best possible family depending on your personality, goals and experience.
